General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales of Hijaz Parfum products made on this site. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

Products are presented with their essential characteristics. Photographs are non-contractual. Hijaz Parfum reserves the right to modify its range without notice.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process before validation. Hijaz Parfum reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

4. Ordering

The order is confirmed after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to you. Hijaz Parfum reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order or in the event of stock shortages.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are indicated during checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery in Metropolitan France within 48 business hours. Timeframes run from payment confirmation. In the event of a delay beyond our control, Hijaz Parfum cannot be held responsible.

7. Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. Return costs are your responsibility. The product must be returned unopened. Consult our returns policy.

8. Legal Warranties

Our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

9. Personal Data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we invite you to contact us first. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts.
